Refund policy

At Colours Overload, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items purchased under sale/discount/clearance are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, accessories, customized products, and gift cards.

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers may request size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
